General Terms and Conditions for you and us
- All trees planted are to be Australian natives and where possible indigenous to the area planted.
- All native trees planted are to be biodiverse plantings with a canopy level and a middle story and where possible a lower story of shrubs for wildlife.
- All native plants with genetic potential to grow above 1m are called trees for the purposes of the program but the majority of trees will have a genetic potential to grow between 2m and 30m in height.
- All native trees to be planted between autumn and spring of each year and therefore the actual plantings will occur no later than 8 months after the sponsorship has been ordered and paid for.
- All native trees can be visually inspected and counted at any time by the client.
- Any native trees that perish within the first two years of planting will be replanted by Wildly Important Eco Programs at no cost to the client.
- All proceeds for native animals sponsored will be paid by Wildly Important Eco Programs on behalf of the client and Adoption Certificates will be issued from either Kanyana Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre or Perth Zoo and forwarded to the client.
Payment Terms and Conditions
- Plant a Tree a Week - payment with your order please. We will issue an invoice and receipt as required.
- Plant a Tree a Day - place your order and we will issue you with an invoice. Payment terms are 30 days.
- Plant a Tree per Product or Service - 30% deposit of projected sales to secure the order and balance to be paid as agreed with the client according to the project timescales.
- Plant a Tree Corporate Events - 30% deposit to secure your booking with the balance due 7 days before the event.
- All deposits or payments to Wildly Important Eco Programmes are non-refundable.
